After having a pretty good experience with my Dove Shampoo my hunt for a new shampoo begins and this time I came across this pale orange bottle which I remember my Mom used to buy for us during my school days…..when I used to have loooooooong black hair below my waist level.
And I decided to go back to my old days by purchasing this Nyle Herbal Shine Shampoo with extracts of Amla, Shikakai and Apricot J. It also comes in Reetha & Chamomile extracts and Alovera, Tulsi and Green Tea.

I had no doubts in my mind before going for it as I have used for years before when I had really good and healthy hair. Shikakai cleanses your hair, Apricot nourishes it and Amla keep it soft and silky. The packaging is really cute. It comes in a transparent bottle with pale orange color shampoo in it with a flip flop cap.The shampoo cleanses my heavily oiled hair also really well. It lathers a lot may be due to presence of SLES. But sometimes if I use it for more than once in a single wash it makes my hair a bit dry , so I make sure to use a conditioner along with that. It got a pleasant mild fragrance. My hair became a bit more shiny but not major difference was visible.
What I Liked?
- Herbal and Mild, suitable for daily use.
- Small amount is enough to clean even oiled hair.
- Cute packaging.
- Pleasant mild fragrance.
- Decently priced.
- Improves hair shine though not majorily.
What I Didn’t Liked?
No complaints against this but as mentioned earlier that if used more than once it tends to dry hair a bit, I think excess of everything is always harmful.
A good product specially if you looking at some economical budget hair products. Can use it daily.
