I purchased this body butter in emergency when I ran out of my olive oil stock for night massage. I found this cream quite thick in consistency when tested at Fab India, so thought would work better as night cream.

What it Claims?

The emollient properties of this hydrating blend of oils & shea butter leaves the skin healthy & supple.

Packaging & Texture:

Comes in a plastic tub (it’s a plastic which looks like glass ) with screw top lid. So need to dip fingers into the tub to scoop out product. It’s milky white in color with thick creamy consistency.

My Experience with Fab India Almond & Coconut Body Butter:

For first few weeks I used as my night massage cream(body massage). Being heavy in consistency you have to workon a bit to get product absorbed into your skin. Although it’s heavy doesn’t make my skin greasy or oily. It’s a big no no for oily skin. My skin is soft, supple and hydrated in the morning. A small amount is enough for single use. Now adays I am using it daytime also (It sometimes feels greasy if used in a bit larger amount) and it keeps my skin moisturized for 6-7 hours easily. I just love this. It doesn’t make my skin feel heavy also. But need to take care to use it in proper quantity coz the consistency is quiet thick. I have been using this in summers also as my skin is very dry all year long & in winters it surely needs extra care.

Oily skin people will definitely find it heavy, oily, greasy and what not…….. I have extremely dry skin and it just works right for me. I think it’s the best options for winters also. I simply love it’s sweetish almond fragrance. My skin is soft & supple , feels moisturized everytime since I have started using this.

• Contains moisturizing ingredients like coconut oil, almond oil, shea butter, vitamin E acetate which nourishes & moisturize skin.
• Sweetish Almond fragrance which is not very strong .

Cons:

• Need to work on to get product absorbed into the skin.
• Oily skin will feel it very heavy.
• Need to be very careful with the quantity otherwise will make dry skin also a bit greasy not very though.

Final Verdict:

A fabulous product for dry skin people to keep their skin moisturized & soft all day long. Small amount is enough for single use. But make sure to use it in limited quantity.
