This is my first faces lipstick and I got it from fashion and you during their mega faces sale. I wanted a red colored lippie with brown undertones for wearing during special occasions. When I saw this shade on the site ordered this without wasting time.

What it Claims?

Price:

Rs299/- for 4.2gm with a shell life of 1.6 years. I got it for Rs209/-.

Comes in a decent black case packaging with silver colored brand details on it.

Texture:

The texture is the best part of this lippie for me. Its very smooth & creamy and glides like a dream on your lips. Very moisturising and doesn’t dry out at all. It doesn’t bleed on my lips. As the lippie is very soft it tends to melt in humid climate. The texture is similar to NYX round lipsticks. Although being creamy in texture it doesn’t settle down in fine lines of lips.

Finish:

As the name says it gives a semi matte finish on lips and I prefer to top this up with a gloss.This does not contain any shimmer or sheen.

Pigmentation:

The lipstick is highly pigmented and a single swipe gives  nice intense color to lips giving complete coverage. Hides pigmentations very well.

Staying Power:

This stays easily for 4-5 hours in my lips and survives snacks or mini meals. It fades away very slowly leaving behind hint of berry color on the lips. I generally top it up with gloss so it tends to stay more than 5 hours on my lips without any heavy meals.

Shade12: Berry Brown:

Its primarily berry colored lipstick with brown undertones. Highly pigmented and gives very intense color in single swipe. Not a everyday wear shade for sure.Will look good on fair to medium skin tones.

• Moisturizing on lips.

• Not completely matte.

Cons:

• Availability is an issue.
• Lipstick tends to melt in humid conditions.

Final Verdict:

I love this lipstick. Very moisturizing on lips but all shades are not available in India mentioned on the website. Availability is definitely an issue with faces cosmetics. Best purchased online on discounts.
