This facepack I bought along with the Swati Ayurveda Face Scrub. So lets get into details for this one too….

What it Claims?

Mint face pack is an extremely effective & beneficial beauty product.Mint has an soothing, cooling & cleansing effect that makes it perfectly suitable for all skin types.

Price:

Rs225/- for 50gm with a shell life of 2 years.

Ingredients:

Mint Powder, Aloe Vera, Neem, Fullers Earth (Multani Mitti).

(Preservatives not mentioned: pack going to last for 2 years. )

Mint powder mentioned in the ingredients is actually peppermint and not the regular mint which is used in facepacks. You can easily guess that with the fragrance.

Usage Directions:

Mix a tsp of pack with rose water, cucumber juice or milk to make a paste. Apply evenly on face, neck & around the eyes, allow it to dry & rinse.

My Experience with Swati Ayurveda Mint Herbal Face Pack:

Packaging: Comes in a small steel container just like the other facial products of this brand.

Color & Texture: The color is exactly like of fullers earth and the texture is like semi dried moist clay. This can’t be applied on face directly. Need to mixed with rosewater or milk as mentioned in usage directions.

Fragrance: Multani Mitti dominates in this face pack so from color to fragrance it all about it. I like the fragrance of Multani Mitti and of this pack with a slight hint of peppermint mint fragrance mixed.

Effectiveness: I always use this facepack mixed with raw milk and that works best for me. This instantly lifts up my skin and mood making me and my skin very refreshed and glowing. I just love to pamper my skin with this pack. Instantly boosts you up. It do imparts glow on my face which is temporary but makes skin revitalized. Gives a slight tightening effect on skin. This is not a fairness facepack to expect some improvement in skin tone but it makes your skin glow. And all above that we are very much aware of the benefits of mint as a cleanser, pigmentation reduction etc etc….

This doesn’t dry out my skin as I use it along with milk. Haven’t tried with rose water yet. I likes the packaging for this one in a steel container as its semi dried so its convenient to take out from a container rather than from a tube packaging.

Pros:

• Herbal.
• Nice fragrance unlike most of the herbal products.
• Imparts glow to skin.
• Nice cleansing & tightening effect on skin.
• Suitable for all skin types.
• Makes skin refreshed & revitalized coz of mint.
• Gives a cooling sensation to skin.

Cons:

• Availability issues.

Final Verdict:

I love this facepack & would love to try other facial care range from this brand. Herbal and effective (whatever I have used).
