So its good to be back after a short break from blogging, not because I wanted it but unexpected guests at home and I welcomed as if I was waiting since ages for them :rotfl: ….. so putting those things aside lets get back to our product which is Nivea Nourishing Body Milk which I have been using since 2.5 weeks and here’s the review to know how promising it is..
Rs198/- for 250 ml with a shell life of 2.5 years.
You see when I read terms like olive oil, almond oil or aloe vera on a product label it has to go into my shopping cart and this is what happened with me when I saw this body milk on the shelf of supermarket and picked it up. My skin just loves those terms and instantly boosts up.
Ok now coming back to this body milk which comes in a stylish curvy navy blue colored bottle with flip flop cap and claims to give a 24hrs+ moisturization for dry skin. I won’t say its 24h+ claim is true but certainly this helps to keeps my skin well hydrated around 7-8 hours and then I need to reapply which I really don’t mind as its much better than those lotions which I need to reapply after every 2-3 hours. In winters definitely the moisturization will long little less but I just love Nivea body lotions for my skin…
This gets soaked up into my skin instantly..(almost every lotion does that with my hungry skin which sucks lotions in like anything) without leaving any shiny layer on my skin. Light creamy textured… The fragrance I find is of typical Nivea cream which gets mild on application.
- Provides intense moisturization for decent long period.
- Instantly gets soaked up into my skin.
- Makes skin soft & supple.
- Decently Priced.
- Nice packaging.
- Not true to its 24h+ moisturization claim.
- Long list of chemicals
Would surely look forward to use this in winters and as if now I am happy to find a body lotion which keeps my skin well hydrated for more than 6-7 hours. I have used Nivea smooth body milk also and that also keeps skin moisturized for around 6-7 hours. So will surely be turning back to Nivea this winters.
