My Shopping Experience:
My shopping experience was good and satisfying. I got a mail immediately after placing my order and got a call for order confirmation on the same day. After two days a mail stating that my order is shipped and after one day my package was with me…. Products safely packed in a sturdy cardboard box with lots of bubble wraps.

Overall I liked the site and the customer service .
The only con I could see is the pricing of the products which quiet high as compared to other sites. They are not offering any discounts on most of the products and selling them on MRP for which I would prefer to go to a mall and buy it from there. But you can really steal a deal on their special offers where they give pretty good discounts.
PS: I was given a credit to purchase products which however has not affected my Review about the site.

I was planning to buy the maybelline lipstick but that offer got removed. They have some fab pricing but on limited products and limited timing

Hey there this might sound weird..but I never got a confirmation mail about registration from their end.. I did the registration thrice using 3 different email ids..but somehow never got the confirmation mail..n by that time I was already addicted to Violetbag so after that I never bothered..
