Texture:
It is a slight thick clear gel which spreads in an even manner on lips. It is not sticky and doesn’t feel heavy on lips. I don’t need to blot this lip balm before applying lipstick as it is not waxy.
Fragrance:
The lip balm smells great somewhat like a bubblegum flavor though it fades off within few minutes. The scent is not overwhelming at all.

Himalaya Lip balm comes in a squeeze type tube with a green screw cap which is easy to use and travel friendly. To ensure that it has not been used it comes in a sealed package. It has got slanted tip which makes its application very easy.

My take on Himalaya Lip Balm:
Himalaya lip balm is a clear lip balm and thus can be used under any lip products. It moisturizes and nourishes my lips well. I apply it in the morning after bath and I don’t need to reapply it unless and until I wash my face. I prefer using this lip balm in winters as it prevents my lips from getting dried and chapped. As I have been using it for quite a long time I have found my lips soft and pink too.
This lip balm fits into my daily night time routine. I apply it when I go to bed at night and wake up with soft and moisturized lips. I barely get dry and chapped lips during winters. Though the texture of the lip balm is slightly thick but it is not greasy at all. It lasts for 4-5 months even if I apply day and night as less quantity is needed due to its thick formula. One of my friends with extremely dry and chapped lips doesn’t find it much effective.
The only problem I faced with this product is in summers. It melts and turns into liquid. So one need to refrigerate it to prevent it from melting.
