My Take on the Product:
The only reason behind my purchase of this serum was for shine. Lately my hair became very dull & dry due to hairfall & the experiments I tried to stop it. Finally Dove Hairfall treatment came to my rescue but it was too late for me to realize the extra damage I had done to them. This serum helps to add a glossy shine to my hair making them look somewhat healthier. It is non sticky and a drop or two is enough for single application. My hair does feel smooth and manageable after using this but there’s nothing extra special to rave about this one.Helps to easily detangle the hair. I find it very much similar to Livon silky Potion or Hair & Care serum except for the fragrance which is very annoying. This has got strong Jasmine smell but becomes very mild after application & doesn’t lingers for long on my hair.
Packaging is very plain with a sleek plastic bottle with green coloured flip flop cap. Overall a decent everyday use product which is not heavy on pocket.
The Good about Garnier Fructis Strengthening Serum:
- Gives a nice glossy shine to hair.
- Makes detangling easy.
- Easy on pocket.
- Hair feels smooth & manageable.
The Not-so-Good about Garnier Fructis Strengthening Serum:
- As per the claim it didn’t strengthen my hair or made a major difference to hair breakage. Nor did it made my hair longer.
- The fragrance of the serum is very annoying.
Garnier fructis strengthening serum unlike its claims helps to maintain hair in place without any roughness 7 imparts a glossy shine to them. For me it didn’t made any noticeable difference for hair breakage or split ends. It is very much similar to the normal hair detanglers available in the market.
