HAPPY MAHASHIVRATRI TO ALL OF YOU…
Today I will be reviewing one of my recent buys which has some gorgeous shades in the collection. Yes I am talking about Chambor Glitzy Glosses.
They come in two variants:
Intense: gives you a finish made of pure solid color.
Twilight: pearlescent with nourishing Jojoba Oil & results into more pearly finish.
According to Chambor’s website there are 6 shades in each variant but I guess some new additions have been done in both.
Price: 550INR for 6.5ml with a shell life of 3 years.
My Take on the Product:
Like Inglot products Chambor Glitzy Glosses doesn’t have a name but numbered instead which again is a pain but thankfully these don’t have vast shade collection to get confused. The gloss comes in a sleek transparent tube making it easy to locate the shade if you own more than one. It contains regular sponge tip applicator which picks up enough product & evenly distribute colour on the lips.
The gloss is creamy & soft textured with rich pigmentation. A single swipes gives a full opaque coverage hiding all the pigmentations. You can further intensify the shade. The gloss is moisturizing enough on lips & doesn’t get settled down in fine lines. Stays around for 2-3 hours on my lips surviving light snacks. I would highly recommend these glosses which gives a nice pout with their creamy texture & full coverage.
It’s a beautiful berry brown shade which looks flattering with any kind of look. If you want a more brownish shade then you can opt for 609 which is a soft brown shade. With a perfect balance of warm & cool tones this shade brings out the best of any kind of look. In swatches it looks more of a berry shade on my hands while brown undertones can be clearly seen in my lip swatch (I don’t know why but many of shades looks cooler on my hands & warmer on my lips). I personally love to pair this one with warm tones as I am not much comfortable wearing cool ones.
