Lakme Color Crush Nail Enamels comes in standard Lakme thick Glass Bottle packaging with silver screw top cap. Lakme has numbered the shades instead of naming them & the price has shot upto 125 from 95 INR.

It’s a bright Fluorescent Orange which loudly calls out for a summery beach side or pool side party. A very funky shade just meant for casual or holiday mood & not the one to be carried along easily everywhere.This makes my fingers look darker so I kinda avoid it but fair skintones will carry this really well.

The formula is a bit on thicker side but is easily workable & gives a nice glossy finish without any patches, fabric patterns or streaks. This dries very quick ,max in a minute. I found the pigmentation of the shade to be very average & needs atleast 3 coats to give a complete opaque swatch on my nails. I am not much impressed with the longing power of the shade & could see the tip wear off within 2 days of application, where as you get better formulas like Lotus Nail Enamels for much lesser cost.

* Sorry for tacky cap. The shade in actual is more Deep Orangy & not dull as seen in the pics. My cam couldn’t capture the actual intensity of the shade. In the below pic you can see a much better swatch which i have taken in dark.

Overall I found the shade to be on average side, this being too bright for my preferences. Also I am not much impressed with the pigmentation & longevity of the shade. If you love brights & looking for a summery tangy shade, check this one out!
