The packaging is same as that of most of the loose powders. The powder comes in a clear, round plastic jar with a pink screw lid. It has a sifter which in my opinion lets out more of the product. The fragrance of the powder is quite subtle and fresh.
The powder is finely milled and is soft and smooth in texture. It is baby pink in color and goes well with my fair skin. It contains fine silver colored shimmers which are not OTT at all but you have to make sure to use this sparingly else it would make you look like a disco ball.
Anyway I do not replace this powder with pressed powder. I always use it as highlighter or sometimes mix it with my foundation to get slight dewy look. It blends into the skin smoothly and instantly brightens up my face. It feels super light on my skin and doesn’t get cakey at all. It gives a nice satiny finish to my skin. It doesn’t provide any coverage so if your skin has blemishes or is uneven you would need to use concealer. It makes me look fresh for a good 3-4 hours after which I feel the need to do touch ups. Since this powder contains shimmer I use it for night parties only.

Elle 18 Party glitter powder is finely milled and has soft texture. It contains fine silver colored shimmers which are not OTT at all. I usually use it as a highlighter and it instantly brightens up my face. It doesn’t provide any coverage and stay put on my oily skin for good 3-4 hours. If you are fond of shimmers I would definitely recommend it to you. Great for price too!!!
Have you tried Elle 18 Body Glitters Yet?
I din’t know that Elle18 has come up with this. Gotta check this out tomorrow! From what you say, I would use it as a highlighter too and these days I’m all about highlighters and bronzers. Any other shade available?
Not sure Nivi but I guess I have seen this on Urbantouch with only a single shade available
Even i was not aware of this product until I saw it at a local store…..Another shade is Bronze…that was also pretty
