Lotus Alphamoist Oil free Moisturizer comes in a sturdy light yellow bottle with a yellow tight fitted cap. The pump dispenser is quite hygienic and convenient. You can easily carry the bottle in your handbag without any fear of spillage.
It is a white colored lotion and consistency is good i.e. neither very runny nor very thick. It gets absorbed into my skin quickly and gives a nice matte finish. The fragrance is very mild and subtle and won’t bother sensitive noses.
It is definitely an oil free moisturizer and is perfect for my oily skin. It makes my skin soft and supple. My skin remains oil free for good 6-7 hours and I could feel my make up stays on for a longer period of time when I use this moisturizer as base. I didn’t experience any breakouts while using this. Although the company claims that it suits all skin types I doubt if it would suit extremely dry skin as I need 3-4 pumps to hydrate my oily skin well. But since this doesn’t offer sun protection you would have to ensure application of a good sunscreen before stepping out.
