My Experience:
It was not a smooth shopping experience with them having some kind of communication gap after placing my order. I didn’t get any confirmation mail about shipping of the stuff & at the same time I was leaving for vacation in few days. I cannot comment on the reaching time as I have no idea when the stuff was shipped. I mailed them my order on 19th April after which having no response tried contacting them again on 22nd,24th April & 1st of May. I didn’t get any response for my mails then also after which I left for vacation.
Finally I got my package on 22nd MAY after coming back which was safe & securely packed. Overall I guess there’s some miscommunication here otherwise I have seen all the good reviews of the site on fellow blogs.
Coming to site it is very use friendly & provides easy navigation with well categorized products. Also they have Face Front Cosmetics on their site & are in process of adding brands like Rimmel, NYC etc. If you are looking for some NYX cosmetics with an affordable & better priced tag surely check out this site which has also got better shipping rates.
