I love trying different face packs be it homemade or market based. Sandalwood turmeric face pack is one of my favorite face packs which I have been using since many years. I have oily, acne prone and sensitive skin. This face pack is very easy to make and is ideal to combat pimples, acne and the ugly scars left by them. Oily skinned beauties will love it for sure.
Things Required:
- Sandalwood powder
Sandalwood powder is a well known natural remedy for various skin problems such as acne, pimples, scars and wrinkles.
- Turmeric powder
It has antiseptic and healing properties which cures acne and pimples. it also helps in skin lightening and to get rid of blemishes.
- Rose water
Rose water is a great cleansing skin care ingredient that helps in calming and toning your skin while leaving you feel clean, fresh and rejuvenated.
Method of Preparation:
- Take 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder in a bowl
- Add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder to it. Don’t take too much else it would leave yellowish stains on your face.
- Finally add rose water to make a fine paste.
Apply the face pack for 15-20 minutes on your clean face and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. It gives a nice, cooling effect. You will see your skin bright and fresh. It works as an excellent remedy for acne and pimples. Follow it up with moisturizer.
Sandalwood turmeric face pack reduces acne and pimples to a great extent if used regularly. It also diminishes the scars left by acne and doesn’t dry out skin. This face pack can also be used for spot treatments.
Which is your favourite homemade pack to fight Pimples?

We don’t use the turmeric powder available in market, we get the sticks powdered instead. Hope it helps
