The soap comes in a sturdy purple and white card box packaging. The actual product comes packed in a paper wrapper. It is a light lilac colored soap with Yardley London engraved on top of it.
The soap is quite smooth and moisturizing and doesn’t dry out my skin or give any stretchy kind of feeling like other soaps. I don’t feel the need of moisturization post bath. It hydrates my skin well, makes it fairly soft and squeaky clean. The smell is oh so pleasant!!! and relaxing just like fresh lavender but it disappears the moment I step out of bathroom.
It lathers well and makes my skin soft, smooth and clean without any slippery kind of feeling. It is easily rinse-able too. The soap is neither very soft nor too hard and doesn’t dissolve fast if you keep it properly in a soap case. As my facial skin is quite sensitive and acne prone I avoid using soaps on my face.

Yardley London English Lavender Luxury Soap is a light lilac colored soap which moisturizes my normal body skin. It doesn’t dry out my skin like other regular soaps. It has a nice lavender fragrance but fades away after few minutes. It lathers well and makes my skin soft, smooth and squeaky clean. It suits all skin types so I would recommend it to everyone.

Hi Indrani it is not as moisturizing as a dove soap but it won’t dry out your skin either…do give it a try.
