Clinique Long Last Lipstick in Blushing Nude is a Peachy Brown shade with slight hint of pink flattering across the skin tones. On my lips the pink tones doesn’t show up & looks more a peach toned earthy shade. This has to be a perfect natural lip colour for most of the cooler tones as well as warmer tones. The shade does add some colour to the lips but in a very gentle way. This is a kind of shade which one can pick up blindly any day without any confusion.

It gives a satiny creamy finish on lips with a sophisticated glossy look. It doesn’t give an extreme mirror like shine which generally I like but the controlled shine in the lipstick makes it very apt for work wear. The formula is oh so comfortable on lips & keeps them moisturized till the wear time. It is moderately pigmented & gives ample coverage to the slightly pigmented lips but won’t be sufficient for the heavily pigmented ones. The wear time is not great & the colour gets wiped out by even by a small munch. However it leaves a slight tint which is barely noticeable because the shade is quite sheer in itself. The poor staying power of this shade kills the whole purpose of buying a LONG LAST LIPSTICK . Apart from that I have no complaints on the shade & formula which is very comfortable on lips & doesn’t exaggerate any flaws of the lips.

The packaging is attractive. The lipstick comes housed in a green coloured cardboard box packaging & the actual product in steel twist up tube which is very sleek & elegant. The tube has got spiral rounds detailing on the cap which looks appealing. But the complete opaqueness of the packaging makes you rely on back label for shade identification.

Clinique Long Last Lipstick in Blushing Nude is a beautiful Peachy Brown shade & makes a perfect MLLB shade for most of the skintones. The formula is very comfortable on lips with good amount of hydration & gives a creamy satin finish without being overly bright. The pigmentation could have been better but the shade is sheer in itself. The poor wear time is a big flaw of the product which kills the whole purpose of buying a long wear lipstick.
