The 2 in 1 Aqua Creamliner is a cream-gel eyeliner specifically designed for extra long-lasting, waterproof eye make-up. It can be used in two ways.
Used as an eyeliner: easy to apply, its unique and unusual smooth texture makes for a clear and precise line.
Used as eye shadow: once applied as an eyeliner, it can be easily smudged for a smoky effect.
The MUFE Aqua Creamliner comes in tiny transparent pot with black lid & a transparent inner lid to prevent the liner from drying out fast & avoid contamination. They look very dried out & stiff textured in pot but comes out much creamier on lids. Not creamier as MAC gel liners but are creamy enough to give a fuss free application. Glides smoothly without any tugs or pulls & are long wearing. Once settled on lids they don’t budge or fade & are waterproof. These dries out pretty fast post application leaving few seconds to work with them for smudging out or creating different looks. Though it claims to be fit for an eyeshadow use but one has to be really faster in working with these creamliners. As mentioned these are long wearing & once on lids won’t move until a good makeup remover is used. I have tested the shade Matte Brown for 10 hours & it was fresh & intact as in morning on my lids!
So far better but they lose some good brownie points in pigmentation department & one has to layer the shade to make it show up on lids properly. A single swipe doesn’t do complete justice to the actual shade which comes out tad bit sheerer. So leaving behind the pigmentation part I am quite satisfied with these creamliners. They have a limited shade range & I so badly want that matte purple one which my friend is flaunting these days! I have no problem to layer the shades especially once they comes out so beautifully on lids. Yes they are steeper in terms of money ( & that too without an applicator brush) but are long lasting & I don’t mind having few of these in my stash. But almost for the same price you get MAC Gel liners which are much better in quality & performance.
Shade: 02 Matte Brown
Like the name says it’s a deep chocolaty brown shade which comes out quite darker once layered. It doesn’t show up on my lids much in single swipe but once layered it comes out way richer & darker matte brown perfect for everyday wear. There is nothing extra ordinary about the shade just a nice one to have in your stash if you are fond of brown eye liners. You can find many dupes for this one out there. After 2-3 layers the shade as intense as Colorbar I Glide Cocoa Bar.
- Nice tiny pot packaging.
- Creamy texture. Glides smoothly on lids.
- Long wearing.
- Waterproof & Smudge proof.
- Pigmentation could have been better. Shades needs to be layered up to make them show up on lids.
- Limited shades range.
- Comes without an applicator brush.
MUFE Aqua Creamliners are creamy, long wearing, Smudgeproof & waterproof but doesn’t maintain their efficacy in pigmentation part. For the price, a much better formula is expected along with some extended shade range apart for the regular available shades which are easily dupable (in terms of much better quality: read MAC gel liners)
