Earlier I reviewed shade True Red from the range.
I think Faces is bang on this time describing the shade. I don’t find any better name for the shade, it’s a coral with hint of red which restricts it from entering into that neon’s territory. The shade is not overly bright because of red tones but does add life to whole face. If you are scared of brights & neons this is a perfect coral to start with. However the texture of these pencils is not very buttery smooth & creamy but they do glide easily without any discomfort. If weared alone they badly accentuate the dryness of my lips also causing slight tugs during application if not wearing a lip balm. This wears for about 3-4 hours on me alone & if topped with a lipstick or gloss stays beyond that. The pigmentation is not as rich as True Red which stays for incredible 7-8 hours on my lips. I found the texture of Coral Red slightly dry which adds upto the lack of good pigmentation. I suggest to use this over a nice moisturizing lip balm to avoid those tugs. True Red was slightly creamier than this one but it ends up drying on lips after few hours of application.
I recommend checking the texture& pigmentation of these lip pencils at stores before buying them as they highly varies from shade to shade. Though I liked the shade a lot but the overall quality disappoints a lot due to that slight dryness in the texture, lack of good pigmentation & of course which affects the wear time.
Overall thoughts on Faces Lip Pencils:
The faces lip pencils have quiet smooth texture with decent pigmentation but not the best around. The slight stiffness/dryness in the formula takes a toll on the overall quality. It is considerably creamy but not much as we see in many budget brands too. They do glide easily on lips but the dryness of the formula results in slight tugs & pulls also accentuating lips dryness. There’s a decent margin for formula improvement here.
Coral Red is a lovely coral with hints of Red making it very wearable without being overly bright on lips. However the slight dryness in the texture affects the colour pay off & wear time of the shade also causes slight tugs /pulls during application. Use of a nice moisturising lip balm underneath is advised. Shade is lovely but the formula is a great setback here.

MAybe they have increased the price dear. i got some shades about 4-5 months back
