MyFace Cosmetics MyMix foundation comes in a light brown slim bottle which can stand upright. It has a silver screw lid with ‘myface.cosmetics’ written on it. The foundation is dispensed through a hole in the plastic nozzle. The packaging is neat and convenient to use. The only thing which I don’t like about the packaging is the messiness of the foundation around the nozzle (due to its thin consistency) and needs to be cleaned frequently.

It is a thin foundation with slightly runny texture. It feels very light on my oily skin and glides on easily. It is really easy to blend. The foundation has sheer to medium coverage that evens out the skin tone perfectly and covers very small imperfections. Although it is quite buildable but I won’t consider it as a full coverage foundation. If you have blemishes, scars or any other skin issues you would prefer to cover with foundation, then this might not be the product for you. I usually conceal acne scars with the concealer and then apply foundation using my finger tips. The finish is dewy and really brightens up my face. Whenever I wear this foundation I get so many compliments on how my skin looks healthy and bright. It feels super light on skin, absorbs quickly and looks natural almost like a tinted moisturizer with a bit more coverage. One couldn’t believe you are wearing a foundation. It never goes patchy or cakey. It lasts on my oily skin the whole day though I feel the need to powder my T-zone after a while. It transfers when you don’t set it with powder but it can be fixed if you wear powder over it. It doesn’t settle into lines or imperfections of the face and gives flawless, even toned finish to the skin. There are no shimmer particles in it. The foundation has no SPF and looks good in photographs.

Shade ~Medium 02:

The shade ‘Medium 02’ is a perfect match to my skin tone and gives a natural look. It doesn’t look like I am wearing a foundation. I was quite surprised to find through website that MyFace Cosmetics products are divided into 3 categories- fair, medium and medium/dark and there are again 3 shade options in each category.
