The packaging of the lip balm is simple and convenient to use. It comes in a black stick with a tight fitted black cap and has a handy turning function at the bottom the stick to get more of the balm up or down. Unlike other lip products, this function doesn’t get stuck up or dispense too much but instead retracts easily. On application of the balm, it smelt like raspberry. The smell is very mild and pleasant.
The consistency of the lip balm is quite thick as it is molded into a stick. It is pretty lightweight and soft when applied on the lips. Though it looks buttery yellow in stick, it is a clear lip balm and doesn’t leave any shine or color on the lips so makes it perfect for a day to day wear or as a base for a lipstick. It glides easily onto my lips and leaves them feeling hydrated and smooth. It doesn’t feel waxy or sticky. It works well on chapped lips and helps to alleviate any dryness. Well I did notice after applying the lip balm to my lips there was a rather weird taste in my mouth though this really didn’t bother me much as it wasn’t too strong. It doesn’t last a very long time. It lasts on my lips for about 2-3 hours with mild eating and drinking. One needs to reapply after that. The lip balm has SPF 15 so it protects you from UV rays while keeping your lips hydrated and healthy with its beeswax coconut oil, sunflower oil and Vit E properties. The lip balm is good for moisturizing dry and chapped lips.

Kisstixx Lip Balm comes in a black stick with a tight fitted black cap. The consistency is quite thick but becomes soft and lightweight when applied on the lips. It glides on the lips smoothly, moisturizing them and making them velvety soft. However it doesn’t keep lips moisturized whole day but needs to be reapplied every few hours. I wouldn’t say it is the best lip balm I have ever used; certainly there are some others I prefer. But still it is a nice little lip balm which moisturizes dry and chapped lips well.
