|Unique cream to powder blush offers a luminous, radiant and healthy look. The remarkably soft formulation feels like silk upon application, ensuring a seamless result. And because the non-waxy texture will not break through makeup, it is an excellent touch-up tool for use throughout the day. Suggested application: Using fingertips, gently apply to the apples of the cheeks, blending up and outward toward the hairline. Gently tap into the skin for flawless blending.|
The YSL Soft Cream Blushes comes in a luxurious glossy golden cardboard box packaging & the actual product filled up in an attractive sturdy transparent square glass tub with glossy golden cap. In short the whole packaging gives a very elegant & rich look of a luxurious brand.
The brand describes the product bang on- a velvety & light weight formula which applies like a magic across the cheeks giving a semi matte satiny finish. The formula just seeps into the skin with a slight stroke of brush bringing out the best of natural look within you. The formula is super silky sans any greasiness or stickiness & blends seamlessly. The shades look quite vibrant in the tub but come out sheerer giving enough space to adjust for the one’s wear comfort. Still I would suggest going with light hands in beginning & then starting building up if required as these are pretty good with pigmentation part having good chances of going overboard. Layering does not alter the performance of formula in any manner. The wear department is also exceptional & these blushes give you serious business for the price tag they carry. Right from packaging to formula to functionality they feel very effortless & luxurious!
4 Bright Coral which indeed look a vibrant reddish coral in tub but comes out as gorgeous warm Apricot Orange once sheered out– like I mentioned they comes out sheerer than what they appear in tub. The shade screams summer & flowers in full swing giving an understated & very natural looking coral flush! It has got that typical YSL’s mild floral fragrance which is not very overwhelming. The shade has got a power packed pigmentation & a single swirl of your brush gives enough color on the cheeks. Bright Coral weared for good 8 hours on me before starting to diminish which is fabulous for a cream blush. The satiny finish keeps that shine in control with a healthy luminous glow.
The shade comes very close to Revlon Photoready Cream Blush in Coral Reef though not an exact dupe. I will be doing a comparison post for both shades very soon.
The shade is slightly more deeper in person!
