This is one of my favorites. If you like spice then make this dish as spicy as you can and you will love it like anything. My parents like it coz its oil free J. So what are we waiting for let’s start………
For this dish you need: (serving for 2 persons):
Grinded groundnuts (1 cup)
Corriander powder (1/2 cup)
Turmeric powder (a pinch)
Ginger garlic paste (2 tsp)
Garam Masala (1 tsp)
Red Chilli powder (according to taste)
Salt (As per your taste)
Corriander leaves (for garnishing)
Brinjals (3 small rounded)
- Roast groundnuts on tawa. Let them cool and grind them to powder in a mixer.
- Take out the groundnuts powder in a plate or a bowl and add the remaining ingredients to it except coriander leaves. J.
