Today I made this Moong Dal Dosa for my dear hubby as this is one of his favorites, thought of sharing this recipe with you guys. This is very famous in entire Andhra Pradesh. You can have this with a combination of Upma or any chutney of your choice.
So here goes the recipe:
- Soaked Moong Dal: Soak 3-4 cups of moong dal for 4-5 hours. You can also add some rice(1 cup rice for 3 cups of moong dal) while soaking as this makes dosa more crispier.
